Andrea studied law at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, graduating in 1998, she then worked in a long-established, multidisciplinary law firm for five years before opening her own practice in 2003 in Quinta do Lago, Algarve.

Andrea has since used her strength of character and indomitable sense of justice to earn professional respect. With a solid grasp of the Portuguese legal system and an uncanny knack for lateral thinking, Andrea offers her clients a refreshing approach to legal practice.

 Andrea has developed a particular interest in key areas and she is quick to admit that her particular specialties lie in property law, tax law, corporate law, banking and estate planning.

Open to the challenge of assisting clients on other matters when needed, the Andrea Viegas practice also reaches out to a number of major Portuguese and international law firms and other professional bodies fostering privileged relationships to ensure exceptional client security.

Andrea is also fluent in English, French and Spanish.
