IMI New valuation on the way

The revaluation of new properties will be carried out automatically by the tax authorities and for all other properties an application requesting revaluation will have to be submitted.

Revaluation of new properties is automatic following the existing parameters of year, quality of construction, location etc.

All parties are entitled to appeal the result of the new valuation if they so wish and we can carry advise accordingly.
